About the role

This position involves overseeing various HR functions, ensuring smooth employee relations, and supporting the overall strategy of human resources within the organization. You'll play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee conflicts, fostering a positive workplace culture.

  • Recruitment: Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on employee development.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate learning opportunities for employees.

  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations while updating HR policies as needed.

Required qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an HR role, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse teams.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address employee issues effectively.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
