About the role

As a Communication Designer at Flowith, you will help define and build the brand's visual identity, taking charge of creative development and execution of promotional materials, animations, and other design deliverables. Your work will enhance the brand's recognition and impact across global markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication design projects aligned with Flowith's brand strategy, including promotional websites, product animations, and launch materials

• Coordinate brand and design workflows, ensuring efficient collaboration between creative, content, design, and development teams

• Manage production timelines of promotional materials, improving delivery efficiency and visual quality while maintaining brand consistency

• Oversee the execution of key communication projects such as product launches, marketing campaigns, and social media visual content

• Maintain smooth communication with stakeholders to ensure clear project objectives, controlled progress, and on-time delivery

• Stay attuned to digital trends, exploring how emerging technologies, including AI, can enhance content presentation and effectiveness

• Establish and optimize project management processes to improve collaboration transparency and overall execution efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in visual design, communication design, or brand content development

• Strong understanding of brand communication rhythms and requirements, with familiarity in design processes from concept to execution

• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, effectively bridging design, development, and marketing roles

• Proficiency in graphic and animation design tools, with website design experience preferred

• High quality standards, with ability to ensure consistency in visual and content outputs

• Curiosity and enthusiasm for cutting-edge digital communication formats, visual trends, and AI tools

• Excellent communication skills, able to translate creative ideas and requirements into clear execution paths
